How much does it cost for delivery?

As a member, delivery is free within Australia for spend over $500. We can only deliver to Australian addresses, but we are not able to deliver wine to the Northern Territory, Tasmania or Christmas Island. For orders under $500 a flat freight fee of $15 applies.

When will I receive my delivery?

Depending on where you live, the delivery time will normally be between 5 and 10 working days. Your wine will be delivered by Australia Post or our logistics partner.

I can't have my wine delivered to home - what else can I do?

We can also deliver wine to your workplace. If this does not suit, you will be able to leave an "Authority to Leave" instruction on your order, or you can collect from your local post office if this is not possible.

What happens if there is nobody around to accept my delivery?

Upon checkout, please be sure to select "Authority to Leave" and also leave clear delivery instructions, such as "Leave by the front door" or "leave at the back gate" when you place your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No we currently do not.

What happens if some of my wine gets broken during delivery, or it is not delivered at all?
